Kyiv Faces Power Outages Following Major Russian Strikes

In the wake of extensive bombardments targeting residential areas and vital infrastructure in Kyiv, approximately one-third of the city’s inhabitants are currently experiencing power outages, as reported by Ukraine’s foreign minister.
